Jaguar was born out of a childhood dream of Dina Torres. Born in Queretaro, Mexico, she brings more than 30 years of experience creating spice blends that are appetizing to a wide range of palates. She prides herself in offering hand made tortillas, all made to order, salsas and sauces are also all made in house. Chef Dina has perfected the delicate nuance of balance and flavor from old style family regional recipes.
Our biggest challenge was finding the right high quality ingredients for the dishes we want to serve. We are dedicated to offering only organic and the freshest foods that are offered here locally in Santa Cruz. Most of the wines we offer are from local wineries.
