Jaguar was born out of a childhood dream of Dina Torres. Born in Queretaro, Mexico, she brings more than 30 years experience creating spice blends that are appetizing to a wide range of palate's. She prides herself in offering house made tortialls all made to order, sauces and salsa are all made in house. Chef Dina has perfected the delicate nuance of balance and flavor from old style regional recipes.

 

Our biggest challenge was finding the right, high-quality ingredients for the dishes we wanted to serve. We are dedicated to offering organic and the freshest foods that are offered here locally in the Santa Cruz area. Our wines that we offer are also from local wineeries
